Dyeing
dye the yarn with certain material, temperature and pressure. The result color will not easily be overthrown.

Spools (Cones Winding)
changes the shape and color of the hank into cones to warping process and palette.

Palettes (Pirn Winding)
makes palette frome the yarned spools. This is to provide for the weft.

Warping/Hani (Sectional Warping)
makes a range of warp yarn spools from rolled outcome. This is for providing the needs of the warp yarns.

Kanji (Yarn Sizing)
the process of make yarn stronger and not easily broken. Especially for single thread (ex. 30/S TR, 45/S TR, 60 / S TR). It speeds up the process of coloring.

Cucuk (Reaching In)
separates yarn’s strand into two layers to form the warp’s mouth and feeding access.

Weaving (Weaving Rooms)
weft crossed into warp’s mouth for the result to meet standard webbing.

Inspecting
separates between the good and the defective sarong product so that they are not mixed, and then makes improvement.

Fuel Feather (Singeing)

Washing
cleans the dirt embedded on the fabric to produce quality and attractive products.

Stenter
